It's a usual practice, when user fails to set up his equipment (receiver, emulator, settings), he threatens that he will find another CS-provider, give up and leave. I suspect that you never read them, as well as you never paid attention to the dates of your subscription when paying for it.
By the way, there is "
Transactions history" in your personal cabinet and you may check - when did you pay, which amout (if any) and what were the dates of your subscription (deadline). Our billing is automatic and it is recording any step of the user - payment, cancellation, dates, etc.,
if any.
Now I wonder if you have ever been subscribed to any of our packages... If you got a test subscription - it lasts 1 day (24 hours). If you bought 3 days test (1 USD), it lasts 3 days (72 hours).
If you bought 1 month subscription - it must be active today as well as yesterday, 1 week later, etc. till the end of May.
I cannot check your personal cabinet, this is your private information. Only you can check what, when, etc.
