GigaBlue - OpenAtv - MGcam 1.45c - not working

Hi.
I have a problem with my Gigablue Quad Plus and OpenATV with MGCam.
I pulled the MGCAM 1.38r1 from the feed. There is no MGCAM 1.45c on the feed.
I got your mgcam 1.45c mips and renamed it to mgcam_1.38r1 and replaced in the directory usr/bin.
I had no newcamd.list. So I created one with note++, copied my cws lines into it and pushed them into the directory usr/keys. (not var/keys for OpenATV). Nevertheless nothing works. Does anyone know OpenATV and MGCam 1.45c? Thank you very much.

After rename change attribute usr/bin/mgcam_1.38r1 to 755
