Some German HD+ Channels are not working

Hello guys,

i can't watch Pro 7 HD, Vox HD, SIXX HD, Kabel 1 HD, Sat 1 HD. But some Channels are working, like RTL HD, RTL 2 HD, Sport 1 HD.

I've flashed my Vu+ Solo 2 with the new VTi 13.0.9 image.

Sky HD Channels are also working. I have no Idea what to do.

Why do you need 3CSyslog? Are you using mgcamd?

UltraHD channels require special subscription. At the moment, we do not have such subscription and UltraHD channels are not offerred in none of our subscriptions.

Because I do not have a UHD-TV/STB I canot tell, but regarding the subscription there is no difference in HD+ and UHD. UHD channels should be decoded with a normal HD+ subscription, no activation and/or surcharges required.
And I am sure from other forums, that also the old HD1-card/caid 1830 will decode UHD

Jogi, we do not share 4K channels in general. Some providers require new cards for 4K in particular. Others require changes in subscriptions. You have to understand that once the card was purchased and shared, in most cases it is not possible to change subscription. Cards are purchased not through providers directly, but through distributors (whose business is just to sell the card, nothing more).
For those users who want to watch 4K channels -you are welcome to buy an official card and enjoy. This is what I want to tell.

Just for information...the UHD Channels "RTL UHD" and "UHD1" are working fine!

Hello suma,
of course I am aware that you might not be able to receive Astra-1 channels and HD+ services at your location and that you have to use the information you got. I would also understand if you or the server-admin claim, that the number of cards you are using at the server would not cover more than the normal HD-channels of HD+, I have no experience but of course you can only decode a limited number of different channels with one (or even 2 or 3) card before customers experience freezers.
However, I only claimed, that UHD channels on HD-plus do not require a "special subscription" by now the channels are available for all HD+ subscribers - and obviously as the channels are working now, I am right with this statement. Even if I am not able to receive UHD channels because if my limited equipment I want to thank you and the admin for adding the UHD channels of HD-plus to the server.
