Problem with TV channels

When I bought an internet TV I didn't have all of the channels. In settings I chose OSCAM for Cccam protocol and pasted information below.

Now I have the same problem, part of the channels still not working. I can't repair this. Please help me. It's my first time when I bought TV in the internet and I have no idea what's happening.
