sky disney xd problem

could you please check what wrong is with sky uk disney xd channel? it is not working since about a week. everything looks ok apart from a huge server lag. the lag is 500ms and more.

I just reconnected everything after moving flat. The lag is much smaller, between 160 and 180 ms, but there is still no picture or sound.

All other channels work. Do you have any suggestions what can cause the problem?

Check if you use ignore, priority, replace.lists. If so, delete them all and restart emulator. Any softcam file is not recommended as well.

All those files deleted and emulator restarted.

No result.

I downloaded this configuration file when I first time setup service. Till ~3-4 weeks ago everything had worked prefectly. Now one of my favorite channels is missing


ps. I have done some channel surfing, it seems that the whole disney package disappeared.

If the whole Disney package disappeared, this is a problem of provider, not CS server. We share only the channels which are available. If they physically cannot be scanned and disappeared completely, we can do nothing in this case.

That was what I thought at first place. I rescan the whole satellite. The channels are there, if you chose one of it decoding process is starting (line with server name, port and ping appeared and the keys are changing)  but the screen stay black.

I Will contact the moderator as you suggest.

Logical question. You may stop your SkyUK subscription any time and ask for refund. We have experience with SkyItalia, when we refunded a lot of users.

And what about VIP ALL ULTRA subscription?
The only difference from VIP ALL was Sky UK package, it seems:
VIP ALL: "All packages in billing (Only SkyUK package is not included)"

And today we see this:
"Учитывая что большинство каналов к сожалению перестала работать, пакет Sky UK снимается с продажи навсегда"

So now  VIP ALL ULTRA = VIP ALL?
Or there still is a reason to buy VIP ALL ULTRA? Perhaps some unstable experimental packages are not included in VIP ALL?

I stil have some channels left - all BT Sports and eir Sports + Premier sports these are the channels I watch most of the time. I still don't mind to pay couple of bucks for them
