switching from austiasat to sky germany

I have a strange effect when I switch from an austriasat  channel  (which is not working of course) ( for example kabeleins classic) to a german sky  channel. Because then the mgcam is not working. After restart cam it is working again. Its only from austriasat to german sky. If I switch from HD+ to Sky all is okay...

Unfortunately, we do not share austriasat (which is not working, of course). What is the reason for switching from the channels which are not shared by our CS-server to the shared channels?
