1. If you have problems with payment via Interkassa, you need to start live chat (available on web-site) and solve all problems with online support.
2. As for Liqpay: the system has an increased fraud control and may block your card. The only problematic country for Liqpay is Germany. Those users who paid without problems earlier will pay without problems this time too.
Those users who pays via Liqpay for the first time will be asked for the bank reply to Liqpay'e e-mail that the bank agrees with transactions, etc. In this case, card will be white-listed and all limits will be removed.

For the UK users:
This is what people from the UK need to do is:
1) to phone the number on their card whichever bank there are with and
2) tell them you autorise liqpay to take payments from your card
When you try again it goes through fine.

Any user from any country can pay via Liqpay. The thing is that payments are partially processed automatically, the other part is stopped and user has to open live chat with support.  There is no problems with the chat, all new payments are processed.
The same thing is with the users who did not receive SMS. Ask for support and they will send SMS in manual mode and the problem is solved. Support is 24/7. They all speak English.

Usually, they reply as follows:
Payment rejected as risky - in this case, a manual verification is required. Either we'll send request to your bank and, if a positive response is received from the bank - transaction will not be cancelled, or the card will be listed in the exception list based on the positive history of the client's transaction.
