Hi when I log in my account is blocked. I have checked everything and all the is OK. Iv emailed moderator a few times with no reply. I am a reseller none are working which has caused a big issue. I have 4.78 in myaccount and I cannot deposit as it won't let me.

Can anyone shed any light or is it blocked forever now

Which e-mail address was used when mailing to moderator? Moderator always replies all messages sent to him.

See the IP blocked was my own so I have removed my config altogether so I can get it sorted for rest.

I emailed from my email linked to my account user name
Nothing on violation so not sure

If user is blocked, he will see a pop-up message on the forum and in the billing that he is banned. If you cannot see such a message, everything is OK.

So should I leave my config on box. What I don't understand is my account is blocked disabled and I can only access forum. When I log in it doesn't give message or notification. I'm using sky UK so not sure why its not working or why my account is still disabled. But at moment no channels are working.

I am unable to access billing page just says account disabled and blocked

Also when I click on my subscription or purchase it says account disabled on new page. Other than that says account blocked.

Account can be blocked only for the only reason - rules violation.
Read the server rules and you will (probably) understand - why

These are the main rules and if you violated one of them, your account was disabled.

I'm not sure but if I have iv checked the emus and configs should be OK. How do I get enabled its been disabled since Friday. Iv emailed moderator with no reply and my clients are not being able to watch their subs

Yes I get ya. On blacklist it says emm request sent so will I need to check all my clients boxes or run their IP through the checker. Will that be the issue?

You should do this beforehand, before connecting your clients to the server, not after...
If you want, you may check, of course.

Its been months since I sent them up so should have been fine nothing has changed since past month or two so that's why confused with violation. Will run their IPS and double check
