ITV 2, 3, 4 HD

These channels are no longer opening. I see the following info under MgCamd:
Channel: ITV 2 (skyuk)
SID: 50E6 (20710d)
CAID@IDENT: 0960@000000
For port: xxx43

Do we need to use CAID 963 to clear these?

CAID 0963 was always used for SkyUK channels

My initial 'single login' subscription finally expired and I have now purchased the 'dual login'.

Moved to CCCam under MgCamd so there is only one server/port accessed.

I still cannot open the ITV HD channels....maybe there are no longer available/clearing?
All channels (Irish + UK) are open apart from the ITV HDs.

ITV-HD channels (2,3,4) was working long time ago when Sky-HD channels were still available and cant be decoded since Sky changed HD encryption
Is there any advantage in ITVs crypted channels than using the unencrypted transmissions ?

ITV 2,3,4 HD were working up until about 2 weeks ago.

They went before for a week or so and then mysteriously came back...strange one.

PEOPLE! Who told you and where did you read that HD channels should work in SkyUK?
Please give me a link ... Who promissed you and where did you buy SkyUK HD
We do not offer HD channels within SkyUK subscription. If the channels are from the third party providers and were working some time ago, it does not mean that we support those third-party providers and guarantee you any HD channels within the package!
Let us stop discussing HD channels in SkyUK. They are NOT included in the package and do not ask us to fix the channels which are not supported by our cards.
