Danish channels gone for good

My post is mysteriously gone, why? Too many complaints?

When I bought annual Viasat Nordic package it was ONLY because of the danish channels. Back then, before I made a purchase, Danish channels were GUARANTEED - meaning you pay for a service you are certain it is going to work. 2 months ago Viasat was gone and now as it appears also Canal Digital - this is getting ridiculous.  The question is how do I get ALL my money back so I can find something that works? And no I dont want to freeze my account.

SO what does this mean? Fraud? Why aren't there more information on what exactly is going on?

No, any section of the forum is under moderation and posts are deleted on a regular basis. Can you imagine if we keep all information alive? No sufficient space will remain in internet... Re: complaints - I will tell you that we are here since 2006 so far. If you were reading the forum, you should have to notice that the very first posts are dated by 2006...  If you think that you are so "right" and "fighter for legal rights", why then you bought subscription and used this service? Buy an official card and enjoy. I will repeat again - this is CS-server and anything is possible. Today - working, tomorrow - no. Don't like- you are always welcome to purchase official subscription from the official provider.

The question is how do I get ALL my money back so I can find something that works? And no I dont want to freeze my account.

This is CS-server, we are neither Viasat, nor Canal Digital providers and our service is not legal (FYI)...
When you registered on the forum, you have signed and agreed to the rules, etc. etc.
I will remind you a bit:

Administration reserves the right to change price, content of the packages, remove or add channels (packages), change ports, IP addresses etc. without notification and any compensation.

This is not administration liability, if a problem with provision of services arises not due to a fault of the server (provider bankruptcy, applying new methods of protection by provider, revolution in the country, cyber attack, etc.). No compensation is also envisaged.

If you read the forum, you have to notice that the last messages re:Viasat were dated NOVEMBER (!!!). 2 months - what are you talking about?

I do read the forum, but I understand, what You are saying: Use cccamd, - but this wasn´t nessesary just 3-4 days ago. MgCamd worked fine all the time??? Any explanation why it worked, or had it just been a coincidence?

Many users have DB800HD.se (including me), receivers are flashed with different firmware. Mgcamd behavior is different for different images. If I suggest using Cccam, the only reason - why - is the version of emulator. If you saw somewhere on the forum that I suggest using Cccam, then read more thorough (2.3.0 version was meant), but not Cccam protocol.
In our case, if you saw the log-file provided by xtruex admin

it is clearly seen that he is using Cccam protocol via MgCamd emulator.
Do you feel the difference between where is protocol and where is emulator?
This time, I see that the channels are working and when you tell NOT, it means that something is set up incorrectly in your receiver.

If you ignore these configs, then adjust your receiver by yourself but don't ask - why the channels are not working. OK?
By the way, what are servers No. you use?

I allways used the recommended configs. The servers are 14 and 196

It can't be so that from the same server, one user can watch and the other user cannot. If the server is working, and you can see it from the log-file, then the problem is in your emulator (or whatever).

I´ve done exactly as written https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=33652.0 - and I immediately get "Serious rules violations detected!"
That´s why I never use cccamd!- only MgCamd 1.35a.
Server 14 works fine on Golf, Motor, TV4, Britt - You name it - but NOT on the earlier mentioned channels for now 4-5 days.On theese channels I get "tuning failed" and "no ecm info found". I must admit - I´m giving up.

If "tuning failed" you need rescan chanels

Tried it earlier with the same negative result - but now it did the trick  I haven´t the faintest idea, what went wrong some days ago - and why. Thanks mate.

"tuning failed" and "no ecm info found"

means that simply RESCAN satellite or these particular channels, that's all

That is a good lesson for you - just such a "small thing" as "tuning failed" and "no ecm info found" and all your problems are solved. For future, always show all messages you see on the receiver screen, show log-file. It took 2 days to find out - what happenned and why you were not able to watch those channels. Never ignore our recommendations and requests. You see it by yourself - if you told us yesterday, it took lesser time to help you.

Just a question. Is it only DK channels for me on Viasat and canal digital that freeze all the time ? - has been ongoing for month now, but would just like to know if It the same issue for everyone ?
Tv2 syd Is not working at all - while other TV2 like TV2 nord etc sometimes work.

I have excatly the same problem, and allso with dk4, the TV3 Sport 1&2 and other, freeze every 2 minuts.
