Q: I am a new user and made a card payment of $5.85 yesterday to get one month's subscription but the amount does not show in my balance. I have checked my card statement and the amount has been charged on it. Please let me know what to do

A: Contact support service of the payment system you used. If you balance has not been deposited, it means that money you sent has not reached the CS-server (your balance). This is not a problem of CS-server, but the problem of the payment system. They charged the amount from your card but did not send it to us.
Find out "Contacts" or "Support" of the payment system. Typically, they have e-mail like this: support@onpay.ru, support@interkassa.com, etc.
