Frekassa refund!

Why in my Transactions history found this line:
15.10.2015   11:21:05   -14.00 USD   -14.00 USD   0.00 USD   Internal   Freekassa refund. Invoice #14707 (5282175)
I not see the refund!!

What append?

Contact Free-kassa support and ask them - where is your refund.

in my account i lost all my users and the money???
please help!!!!

You will have to go to your bank and ask them for chargeback for this transaction.
Check your e-mail. A couple of weeks ago, we have sent a message to everybody re: this issue. If you registered fake e-mail address in the billing, it will be your problem.
