Problem

When I was connected to the internet by vdsl erything was working perfectly. Then I hat to switch to a mobile connection (umts,3g,LTE,4g) because my vdsl line was broken. After that my answeing times became very high and often the TV freezes. (The power of the LTE Signal was high and surfing the web is working perfectly)


cause of error

The communication from the transmitter to the receiver takes too long. You have to make sure that the communication stays open.


sollution

If you are using windows then type in cmd  in the terminal window type ping ntv.de -t   (ping should work also on every linux box)


result

No freezes, NDS answering times are now at 0,240 instead of 0,7 - 3,8
