rules violations detected

reciver: alma s2200HD
emulator: dont know, reciver has cccam, mgcamd... but i never have turned on cccam and mgcamd at the same time

I have been using newcamd protocol, i have buy vip all and switch to vip all ultra. After i enter all login data i went to check on web portal to see if everything is ok. Two rule violations are shown:

1. Number of requests from different emulators (receivers)
2. Requests for delayed decoding

I didnt violate any rule on purpose, just wanted to be able watching multiple packages, i dont have 2 recivers conected at once.
Now i have switch back to newcamd protocol, with newcamd i can only watch 2 packages because my reciever can only enter 4 lines, one package must have backup server so that is my limit.
Is there any thing i can do?

sorry i mean that reciver has newcamd and cccam, not mgcamd

Hi,
Read the NEWS from www.cardsharingserver.com (billing) re: CCCAM protocol, maybe it will help. You will need the only port for all your subscriptions, and, consequently, the only line in your emulator. Try using Cccam protocol via Newcamd emulator.

i have try to enter cccam port number in newcamd emulatorl and it does not let me to connect. than I switch to port for sly UK and than i can connect,
so what are may optons? i will no longer buy vip all becouse if i use cccam, i will alwasy gett rules violation.

Please explain me, how did you switch Vip All to Vip Ultra?
Have your Vip All subscription already finished and you bought new subscription - Vip Ultra?

Sorry, i had sly uk package, and than switch to vip all ultra, me and my bad english
Now i have vip all ultra but only watching sly uk via newcamd ebecouse if i use cccam i get rules violation.

Try to find any support forum of your receiver. For us, it is unknown model and settings parameters also unknown.
