Mechants Refusing Payments

Hello,
Me & my friend have tried to make payments through all merchants on your web page  to extend subscription several times by Mastercard & Visa as we have done several times before with no problems, we have checked with mastercard & they say everything is fine at this end in the UK. when we try to confirm  payment on your web page merchants, a message comes back with "ERROR"
Has anyone else had this problem?

Tried this morning via SecurePays merchant and it worked ok for me .

thanks for the reply, seems like a good alternative, also waiting for an answer from cardsharingserver to clear up the problem for us as their bank merchants are their to make it simpler for us,

Hi, what kind of answer are you waiting from us? We also have a question - why other users CAN pay, and you - CAN'T? I think, either it's a problem of your bank (card) or browser. Try to use other browser (all banking operations are required to make using IE browser).

Tried it with Chrome Browser, got this message when returned to your website,

"Balance refilling result
Warning! Error during balance refilling!"
