dual login for sky help

want to use the dual login for sky uk  ,my current subscription expires on the 5th feb ,how can i pick the option of dual login in my payment option ,
any recommendations

Activation/de-activation of dual-login parameter is possible only if no valid/active subscription is available.

5. You cannot activate the option of dual-login if you have any active subscription. You have to wait until your subscription is finished and acivate the dual-login login option before buying the new subscription.

You may cancel your current subscription and ask Moderator for refund
