Sky sports 1 not decoding

Hi, I was watching sky sports 1 and all of a sudden it stopped decoding. All other channels are ok except sky sports 1. I reset the receiver and made sure it was the correct sky sports 1, it definitely is. I can't get access to the logs as I'm using a skybox. Can someone check that there is no problem with sky sports 1?
