channel jumping = rules violation?

hi,

first some information: I set up an account and emulator config (files downloaded from here) in 09.2013  (valid till 01.2015) . from start of service I had no problems with the account (caused by hardware or config errors).

now problem: I am back home and start jumping between channels as usually. in one moment pictures freeze. I check serwers in emulator  -  all green. I look in to my account and I found an information "Violation of rule No.4" . next I checked suggested problems ( In mgcamd emulator, K parameter is responsible for DW timeout: { 07 } in mg_cfg file. Recommended value is 07. Check your settings, edit them and restart emulator. 7000ms -right parameter.)  my value is 07 - that means correct.

everything seems to be ok. but my account seems to be frozen.

what is going on?



I shut down my tuner till I get answers. I do not wish any problems / penalties / account ban.

Try to set 5000ms (minimum value) and check.
Account is not banned, server just warns you that something's wrong
