Just to add that "ViewAsia" is merging with the main SKY Stream. May be that is why?

To raman14689 personally: ZeeTV and ViewAsia channels are free bonus to SkyUK package. They are not guaranteed, can you understand that? We do not care that you are watching only Asian channels. If you do not like something, you can always buy an official card and enjoy. I will repeat again that asian channels within SkyUK subscription are free and come without any guarantee.

What about the peeps who have bought the "Sky UK + ViewAsia + ZeeTV + BT Sport , no Irish 28E" package lik me, i am sure we paying more to get the asian channels than on just the Skyuk package.
Why has these asian channels stopped in this package?

Hi Suma my customer also already screaming all the the asian tv programs do not run. Please check it.
and also we pay for the UK package with Asian package more so it can not be a free bonus from you.
Why do not you create an Asian package separately, you have many customers look at the Asian TV programs. There could be many more.

You had to explain everyone (beforehand) that the package comes without guarantee. I understand that you are interested in selling only full and guaranteed services. But we also do not want to bear extra responsibility for unstable services we provide. That is why we do not sell asian channels separately and we notify all our clients that the package is extra, free bonus to the main SkyUK subscription.
