mgcamd_1.38r1 Issue?

Hi,
I installed a new image on my DM800HDse clone and installed mgcamd_1.38r1.
I have also verified B: 00 is setup and used the provided config files on your site.

But it doesn't seem to work, no channels will work when the softcam is active and it is using the correct CWS line from my account.

Can you let me know if there is an issue with my account or if there is a setting I need to change?

Thanks I have re flashed the box and installed mgcamd_1.35 and its the same issue.
The soft-cam is running and it shows the ECM details and server connection, but no channels will display?

Which channels (packages) in particular are you trying to open?
Do FTA channels work for you?
Are you sure there is internet connection in your receiver? have you checked ping and route to our server?

Hi,
Yes FTA is fine including the FTA HD channels.
I setup CCam 2.0.11 and used CCcam line and it appears to work fine.

I am using it for Sky UK, so is CCcam ok instead of MGCamd as it seems to work fine, I have disable EMM enabled?
Your portal advices not to use CCcam.

Hi,
If your CCcam emulator is properly adjusted and you are using config lines from the billing, it's OK. However, remember that stable work of CS is guaranteed if MgCamd 1.35(a) is used ONLY.
