Make sure thtat in mg_cfg file you have

# map all 180x nagra caids to 1801
# default is 01
F: { 00 }

Also there is new caid and port for cp, maybe you are using old one (1803 instead 1861)

Check and compare lines in billing vs on your box.
My guess is that you are using old line with old caid (1803) and port no.
