Do something with these payments, in general you can not pay with payment cards from Europe. Give a personal paypal to pay as the other side of this type. !!!!! When will you learn to listen to people !!

This is a question to your government(s) or banks.
Btw, you are using Russia based service and nobody forced you to use it. It's our right to select the payment system suitable for the most of the users.
From the day our service has formed, a lot of payment methods and systems were changed.
It means that we DO listen to people and try our best to reduce the number of issues.
However, if you failed with payment, it does not mean that all other users do.
Anyway, there is a lot of similar services and you are free to use them.

Tried to pay with Visa via SecurePays. No Succsess. "Declined. We were unable to charge your credit card."
Tried two different Cards.

Last Year, all worked fine!

I´m from Germany.

Ok, it was my IP from my Internet Provider. I tried to use the IP from my Smartphone via Tethering.
And instantly i can pay.

Maybe it helps other people!

Hey... smartphone trick works!!! I cannot see securepays option while logging on from my wired connection but when logged on from smartphone everything went fast and got money on my account in no time!

BTW, maybe we can all chip in for a customer service training course for SUMA?

Hardly I can use it. This is more for our clients who cannot pay even if SecurePays is available in their billing page.

i have now the problem, that i can´t see the SecurePay-Sites.

I have changed IP.  Also IP from another country.

It´s not possible to make depsosit via SecurePay.

Always these screen...

Unfortunately, adilbahad, I am not here to help people with payments. All FAQs, all links, everything is provided on the forum and in the billing. Let's stop discussing this issue with me, because I have statistics from Moderator - what is %% of successful payments. Other thing that some users (including you) have problems with cards. And this is your problem, not mine. How to help you in this case - I have no idea. We provided all possible (and even impossible) ways of payment and the most users here pay without problems. I wonder, how did you pay before and how are you going to pay next time? I understand that this is not the thing to ask other users to pay for you, it can't last long. Though, this is not my business and not my headache.
