Outage of server?

Ping was failing to connect to server on both our receivers. Don't worry we have 2 accounts.

Update: it started working again after couple hours.

Again the sharing is not working for us.

We have two accounts for 2 receivers. Paid subscriptions until 9.1.2014 for one (login name snow) and 24.1.2014 (login name Krupi86). We were watching TV and in one moment both receivers stops working and old us that programs are coded.

I tried to ping a servers on receiver and it was success. So I tried to log out and log in back but get error message that Login failed on all my subscriptions.
 
Please help and advise what we should do in situations like that. It quite inconvenient if I am watching soma channel/movie/sport event and I am not able to see whole thing especially if I am paying for this service.

Update: After very short time when sharing was working also I am not able ping server so it looks like that server is down for us.

10 minutes between updates.

Update 2: Ping is working again. Getting signal from server, but still unable to Log in.

Hi,
There is no problem on any of our servers. They are working without stops and interruptions. As I can see fro your signature, you are using Ariva receiver, which is not good for our server. Did you check for firmware update? I think, the problem is in the firmware (image). Try to find and install the latest one.

Hi, sorry if I am in the wrong place I am a novice and struggling to navigate around! I have a skybox F5s which worked absolutely fine but I was recommended to use this site for a subscription. ive put everything in correctly for the CCcam. I reboot and its still scrambled. when I go back the green tick is there but it says 'offline'. likewise when I try to update via network it says 'start to download config file ......connect to server failed!' The internet cable is in and youtube etc all works fine. any help would be much appreciated! Thank you

Thank you for your instructions, still exactly the same result, says offline. Internet connection is fine, it doesn't make any sense I have tried many ways. I even switched the server. Any other ideas?
