Dual logon?

Its been a while since I was on these forums, and I visited after the server ddos message today (I have'nt had any noticeable problems so far thankfully).

But I have seen a few changes, such as the VIP Ultra pack. Is there a dual logon option on that new pack or the SkyUK + extras pack (which I currently have just over 5 months left on)?

I've got a dual tuner system but have been using only one of those tuners with the pay channels ever since I found the CS service. I would still be happy to pay the extra to have dual logon support (once my current sub runs out I guess)

Hi,
Dual-login is now available for all pakages. You are quite right, when your current sub is finished, you will be able to buy a new sub with dual-login.

Information on dual-login in reseller cabinet is as follows: create one single profile and the other one - dual for one and the same user.
Btw, we'll think how technically amend the reseller billing. Currently, it is not possible.

ok I think you mean I have to create a new account for any user that wants duel is that correct or have I pick you up wrong. if this is correct then I would miss out on the % discount I hope you can work it out duel for reseller because its easier keeping it all together anyway keep up the good work and thanks for your time.

Why? Dual-login is 50% more expensive than a common subscription, consequently, your % will be higher...
Anyway, until the user has a common login, it is not possible just to cancel his subscription. He shall wait until his subscription is finished. Right? After his subscription is finished, it is possible to buy a new one but with dual-login.

Sorry to bring up this old thread but my sub has just run out (28-04-2014) and now I'm looking to enable dual login and re-subscribe.
Only problem is the dual login option is disabled - do I have to wait for the sub to dissapear from "My Subscriptions" - how long will that take?

Also, can you confirm that dual login is still available with the Sky UK HD + ViewAsia + ZeeTV + BT Sport 28E package or do I need a VIP package?

Hi,
Dual-login option can be activated via billing (www.cardsharingserver.com) ---> Personal information (MENU to the left).
You have to select OFF/ON before purchasing new subscription. This option stays inactive if you have current subscription running. You have to wait till the end of your subscription and, before purchasing a new one, enable dual-login (ON) via Personal Information sub-section of the menu.
If you do not see any warning information about dual-login in Purchase subscription(s) section of the menu, it means that it is available and can be activated.
