Skybox F3.... Newbie checking in

Hi there guys

Firstly apologies for any inconvenience caused, but I have no idea how any of this works and I have tried to find out instructions but am having no luck doing so.

I have just bought a Skybox F3 receiver and paid for my 1 month test sub, however

1. Everytime I try and fiddle about with the receiver in menu and go into network options it asks me for a four digit password that I don't have??!

2. I have bought the subscription but for the life of me do not know how to put it onto my receiver.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, and once again apologies for the stupid questions.
