LiqPay and troubles

Hi there, 
I am having a really hard time trying to fund to my account. The LiqPay help says their system is down and there for I cannot pay to my account.
Every month it is always a new interface for funding the account it is pretty frustrating.
They told me at Liqpay that I will have to try again tomorrow !

Where is the joomla service ? Why change/fix things when they are working fine ?
