The picture falls apart every ~10sec

I'm also have problems for the past three nights, the channels $ly sports 1 + 2 and others are freezing quite regularly.

I have been a subscriber for over two years now and understand problems happen now and again but my subscription has been perfect for at least six months now.

Suma can you check this package please as it is quite obvious there is an issue with freezing again.

hi i might have a solution to this problem, last year i tried SkyUK, it was freezing every 10 seconds as everyone above, this year i have upgraded my PC from Q6600 4gb 800MHZ ram and nVidia 560, to a amd pilediver 8350, 8gb 1866MHZ ram and amd 7970, tried again with SkyUK and no freezes... timings to the server are identical as last year, also my router/modem setup did not change, so i am guesing my old PC was unable to decode on time hence freezing issues, this is just a theory might help someone out there
