hi mate...

i have a freind that subscribed to your server, but we accedently forgot to delete the lines after subscribtion was over, so now he's ip is perment banned, he now have 2 new subscribtions since he have 2 boxex, so i really hope you can unban he's ip....so he can start watching again

Tell your friend to delete those lines. He will be unbanned automatically.

we did 3 days ago, but we cant acces the homepage from he's house, so it must still be banned, maybe perment bacause he did sonnect long without subscribtion, can you pls check the ip for banning :-)

What is his username on the billing? Ask your friend to contact Moderator by email. He shall specify his username, password in the billing, and all information about his subscription which was finished
