internet provider

hi every one please can you help me,
i am changing my internet provider, - what happens to my packages?, do i just add my new I.P. address or is there anything else i have to do.
please help me as i have never changed provider before and i don't want to lose my packages already in place

Hi, nothing will happen. Server detects you by user name - password, not by IP.
