ip blocked for no reason

hi i have just bought a 2nd dreambox and made a 2nd account with different username and password they both share the same router and my ip has been blocked when i tried to have them both on why is this? i have not received any emails and has been almost an hour now

quick update im back on and i have tried to change one box to different server hope this will help i will only keep one box on at a time for now to avoid ip bans ?

How do you know that your IP has been blocked? If you did not receive any warning messages from the server, it means that your 2nd box is OK, but i wonder if its internet connection is OK. Have you checked? Also, provide log-file from your second box.

well i would say my ip was blocked as i could not visit your website and i could visit your website through a proxy server so for some reason my ip was blocked?

Were you able to use sharing from our server using your first receiver?

no both receivers were blocked and also my pc was blocked but though a proxy i could access to see you were online so my ip was blocked i have them on 2 different servers now and all seems to be working fine

yes i think the issue is solved but just a note to others its probably best to use on different servers for using more than one box per router just to be safe

I have no problems with 2 different accounts for 2 different PayTV packages on the same server running at the same time from the same location/internet-ip
using this configuration for month now, never got blocked

Server was ban your IP because you violate rules and try connect to incorrect port with account iainho000.  Check settings in your emulator, fix it, reboot emulator and wait 2hrs for unban.

the subscription is active why does this happen?

1. Check and compare your login: on the forum, you are iainho00, in the sharing settings - you are iainho000 - is this correct?
2. Check and compare port No. given you in the billing (My subscription section) and port No. which is in your newcamd.list. Are they the same or different?
