No, I'm in the UK and like I said I use the card for US holidays after 'loading' it up with US Dollars.

UKP is converted to USD at Caxton's rate (one of the best), then the only fee is LiqPay.
The 16 USD I paid in  December was charged at 16.48 USD by LiqPay.
