Unfortunately, no. We have Finnish card and only finnish channels are guaranteed. Sometimes, some swedish and norway channels are OK, but in most cases- only finnish.

Ive have Canal Digital Nordic HD 1W (fin) and Viasat Nordic 5E (fin) packades, and all HD-channels wont work (e.g. all c more hd channels and vfilm hd channels, but discovery channel,bbc etc. hd work). Now beginning this month mtv3 viihde is changing transmission format (28.2.2013) and all those new channel not see correctly (jagging). Ive try several images and no diffrent seem. Turner is dreambox800se and no difrent is emu cccam or mgcamd. Is there any solution for my broblem?

1. We need a log-file
2. If provider changed transmission format- why are you asking here? Ask provider, or tune your receiver properly using DVB tables from www.lyngsat.com or http://en.kingofsat.net/packages.php

That's the reason why we DO NOT add new channels to the package.

Im wondering if you have disabled all danish channels to make the package more stable, because they have not been working for days now? I know the danish channels is not guaranteed, but I need to know if you disabled them, because then I have to find another hoster.

We did nothing. We have not disabled anything. We have Finnish card and care only about Finnish channels.

I was just wondering if you have changed something, since both Canal Digital and Viasat have lost Danish channels at the same time.

Since this package is unstable it could be that you had blacklisted the danish channels to prevent cardattack. But I dont know anything about how it works, so thanks for your help.

As the card was initially Finnish, all other channels were disabled initially, i think, by the provider, not by our service. They may work occasionally when provider starts promo action. You know, to attract more clients, providers enable the encrypted channels from time to time. Probably, it was just the period when they were opened and you could watch them without any problem. We can do nothing neither against this nor stand for this. This is beoynd our capabilities.
