Technomate 500 super

I really like your cardsharing but before buying the package from you first i should connect my hardware properly. i got few problem with my receiver and internet router "Livebox-42D8". when i am going connect my technomate receiver (500 super) with my router via ethernet cable the tv screen show that there is no internet connection although everything is physically connected to the system. What extra plugin should i require for my technomate box to get your subscription (Sky UK HD + ViewAsia + ZeeTV 28E) without any problem. Look forward to see your reply soon.
