Total TV (ITV Partner) 16E - not working from yesterday, 01-03-2011.

No Emu, No Log, my receiver is very basic, no PC interface. But my other subscription (VIP porno) is working fine, so I suppose this is no network issue.
I tried to change server, still Total TV not working.

total tv has gone from 16E (bulgarian channels with old ITV CAID) , to new satelite : 23.5E ! so now is ITV -> TOTAL TV -> Satelite BG . the share of 16E work just fine on 23.5 if you have no signal turn you antenna

TP are:

11817 V / 12051 V (DVB-S SR 27500 FEC 5/6) and 12207 V (DVB-S SR 27500 FEC 3/4)

TIP: Pre - paid card from total - itv are stoped by satellitebg, becouse the payment whas in benefit of other firm - TOTAL ITV etc.. - only available option is so caled 'test packet' after payment in www.epay.bg only... but the payment must be made to total / itv...

so thats a mess

'Satellite BG' package is temporary broadcasting FTA at 12051V (wide beam), SR 27500, FEC 5/6
Rescan your receivers. Until the decision is taken Re: package, we'll stop it sharing as well. This is not our fault that the operator re-named his package and demands new payment for subscription. It takes time to take decision, send payment and receive new cards. You may use "freeze" button to stop your subscription in the billing.

When I try to freeze my subscription, this message comes: "ERROR: Your balance is low. Please fund your account!"
I tried with Internet Explorer and with Firefox - the same.

If the channels can be opened with the card available, we'll add the channels.

Unfortunately, the channels will not work with our card. The channels are decrypted in NDS, our subscription is in Cryptoworks.
HD channels are accessible only for former TotalTV clients, not for ITV Partner clients.

No mate ! HD channels are NOT available for former total tv clients - your card work just SUPER fine with CRYPTO the CAID of HD channels are: 0D06 & 0B01 !!!!
