Having analyzed a great deal of problematic users, in particular - their hardware and software used, it was found out that use of the following software affects sharing quality negatively as well as creates problems for our server.

In summary, the following software is blacklisted:

- Openboxshare;
- Windows Sharing Pack (WSP);
- Spidershare;
- WinCSC (SkyStar plug-in);
- Oscam
- Acamd (plugin for SkyStars)

Those who use the first 2 software are recommended to use the latest version of MPCS,
SkyStar users are requested to remove WinCSC or Acamd and use CSC4.0.0.1(2,3,4) - depending on your DVB card and PC configs.
