I want just ask one question.
My box is VU+ Duo, I use newcamd protocol and emu mgcamd 1.35.

I bought package skylink HD 23E CZ.
I received server data for example:
CWS = ххххххх-хх.хххdns.org XXXXXXXXXXXXX 01 02 03 04  .................... wan cardserv
CWS = ххххххх-хх.хххdns.org XXXXXXXXXXXXX 01 02 03 04 ..................... wan cardserv
There are 2 ports.

Should I put this two lines with 2 different ports to the newcamd.list, than restart and it will works?
Or should I do something more?

Yes, you have to enter these two lines to the newcamd.list, restart and watch.

Does anyone have breakdowns last few days? 1-3 seconds every few minutes? Evenings/nights.

Now, my PC is connected over wifi (home) - want to if if the problem is on my side or with service. Signal is good, speed also, no packet loose. Ping to gateway <1ms, ping to google.com 26ms.

Check ping and route to our server, not to google...and make a log during freezes.

So, 2hrs before, everything worked fine, no freeze. Now I turned it on and after (and every) few minutes freeze for little time (1-2s)

As you can see, sometimes after "send_ecm" thereґs no DW received - thereґs where the freeze appears. Two hours ago, time was about 300ms (Nat.Geo).

Could this be related to wifi? However I have no other probs. no packet lose, speed is 54Mbps/100% signal, real speed average 1875KB/s.

Hi,
It is seen from your log-file, that your receiver has sent requests to the server 2 times, but there was no response.
Possible reasons:
1) request from receiver has not reached the server  (internet problems, overloaded upload, for example - you may use torrent client and your uplink is busy so that your receiver cannot even send request);
2) timeout value is too low. Try to increase it somehow.

UPC package is not overloaded, we have reserve. This is proved by responses in your log-file - 600-700ms. If the cards were overloaded, responses would be higher. By the way, UPC works well enough even with 3500ms responses.

One more thing - nobody on the forum but you complain on UPC. It means that the reason is 99% not ours.

Yes, nobody complain (me neither, UPC works great after the september upgrade) - Iґm just asking to know if the problem is on my side. Seems so. But itґs interesting. Ofc, I test this with no down/up running, so no problem with this.

Iґm running newest ProgDVB, maybe thereґs the problem or with wifi (somehow incompatibple AP/client?).

To tell you the truth, change your DVB card - buy a good receiver and you will forget about problems with OS (XP, Vista, 7), video-drivers, ProgDVB or other software etc etc etc

I have no problems, just this. I moved to another flat and my FTTH is still in old one, so Iґm connecting over wifi to it now... Previous problem (with audio in ProgDVB resolved).

Test mobile or other type of internet, maybe it will be better, who knows...

Thanks for advice but i don't have receiver problem.
I have 7 CWS lines from your server but only one does not connect.
Also, this started to happen  a week ago.
Prior to this everything was absolutely fine.!
I haven't change anything to receiver or router.
Please look in to it.

In this case, compare all your CWS lines with billing once again. Maybe some ports changed. It may happen sometimes.

Try to replace lines within your receiver and mix them with each other (change order of lines)
