rule violation

2. Sharing package and protocol used: DIGI-TV and UPC Direct 1W, Newcamd protocol, oscam emulator
3. Log-file of your error: sorry, I don't know how to do this.
4. Configs (sharing software): OpenPli software

what happened was that I changed from mgcamd to oscam emulator on my receiver. i am not using two receivers and i am not using two emulators at the same time. first i tried mgcamd, then i removed mgcamd emulator (uninstalled) and then I configured oscam (which was previously used for a card). but now my only emulator installed is oscam, that is what i am using and nothing else, and i dont have another receiver, just one.
but in connection history, i saw that "serious rule violation" rule no. 9. and i maybe banned for life, which i really don't want.
could you please now look at my account if you still see problems with it?
if i can do something to fix this, please tell me.
