How I can remove old ccam versions

Hi how can I remove old ccam versions because server seen Im uses  3 different versions .Today Im uploaded 2.3.9 ccam but in sever connection history Im received warning because I have 3 emulators and also Iam connected to 1 server not 2 I dont know why Im wrote 2 lines main an backup  . Please advice me what I should do to sort out everything  . Thanks
