new Subscription - the old one is suspend. Can u delete the old one?

Hello i make a new subscription for a user to vip all ultra and now the old vip astra is on suspense mode. I not need this VIP ASTRA  line longer... can u delete this and perhaps refund the difference to the rest? Can i email u the username - how can i contact?
