It doesn't matter whether you connect using MPCS or other sharing plug-in. Proper SIDs (non-zero) shall be sent by your receiver depending on the firmware. So, if your receiver cannot send proper SIDs, it is better to change the receiver. Only Dreamboxes and Linux based receivers can properly send non-zero SIDs. Others can do it partially or cannot do it at all. No tutorials or step-by-step instructions exist. You may only compare log-files of the receivers sending proper SIDs and those sending zero-SIDs:
This is a log-file of the receiver which sends zero-SIDs to the server:
2009/01/15 8:08:04.109 3580 c01 anonymous (0B02&000000/0000/00:0000): timeout

(5047 ms)
As a result - timeout (i.e. key was not received by receiver, there is nothing to decode) and black screen on your TV.
Here is a log-file demonstrating that receiver sent proper SIDs to the server, the keys were received, signal was decoded, and you see the picture on your screen:

If you have a receiver which cannot send proper SIDs and every time you see the Example One log-file, you will always have black-screen. You may sing, dance, pray God or make any manipulations with your receiver of MPCS - nothing will help you. Change your receiver.
