MgCamd installieren

Hello,
initialy I used the Oscam-Emulator and it works fine most of the time. Due to some image-freezings, I would like to try the MgCamd-Emu.
The problem is, I have no clue how to install it to my vu+ duo2. I downloaded the binary file (linked here) and loaded it to my receiver, but can't select it in the cam-center, I think because of the missing start-script. Can anyone help me, how to install this cam?
