unable to connect to card sharing server

I have subscribed yesterday and since then I am getting "connect time out" unable to connect to server on all ports, for the main and backup server.
I did a test ping for the server IP address and it was okay, but still not able to connect from the card sharing plugin.

DVBcard: PCI technisat skystar 2
Protocol: Newcamd
Server: 163 and 39
subscription: VIP All
Emularot: WINcsc, I have also tried Acamd
