blackscreen opticum hd ts 9600

Dear moderators,

I tried the free test and it was working, so i subscribed to the package. But since there i only get blackscreen. Connection is working fine, cca 50ms. I tried both cccam and newcamd, neither of them worked. I hope someone can help me.
