NEED HELP FAST

Hi I am just new to this and made my first openbox I purchased skyuk + etc it said skyuk 28A but when I bought my subscription I paid for skyuk 28E?  I habe no box-office
Nor some others BT sport 1 they say scrambled but I habe no idea how to fix this so I can have full sky pack like I paid. Amd nothing scrambled.
Can anyone help i don't know all the technical talk lol 😁
