I want to change my package from VIP Poland to VIP all.
Is it possible to stop the VIP Polend package and become a refund?

I mean that you have to read Frequently asked questions (FAQ), all these questions (change of subscription or refund) were discussed and you will find answers over there.

I have read the FAQ change description and send a mail, but these are deleted.
What can I do.

You may freeze your Vip Poland subscription and buy Vip All.
When Moderator comes back from vacations (Friday), send him e-mail with request to refund. The remaining amount will be deposited to your account.

What can i do?
The poland package is stoped and vip all is startet.
