Disney Channels on Sky Ita are off

In the Sky Italia package is included "bambini", but I have black screen (the other channels are ok!) on all the disney channel:
- Disney Junior (and +1)
- Boomerang (and +1)
- Cartoon Network (and +1)
- Disney Channel (and +1)
and other channels included in "bambini"

We sent request re: package and are currently waiting for reply from Italy as they activated wrong package instead of Bambini. As soon as the package is activated correctly, it will be online again.

Help most channels on Sky Italia are working OK, apart from the children channels and most importantly Sky News. Can someone help? I have Dreambox 7020 and I am running Mgcamd 1.31.
