VIP HotBird serv1 not connected

Yesterday I did a record for VIP HotBird and today I did not open up server 
Do you know why?

4. software used for sharing (emulator, plug-in); - emulator
5. Log-files are desired.

I still need more information - which emulator is used - mgcamd, cccam, or any other?
Where is log-file?

Or you think that i can see through the walls?
