itv hd channels

hi guys. week ago lost itv2 hd, itv3 hd, itv4 hd and encore hd channels. they were opening ok....but now it shows scrambled...i know you dont provide hd channels but still...maybe you can make it as it was working one week ago

Why, then, you ask if we do not provide HD channels? Maybe, Sky did promotion or whatever, and opened some HD channels for a while. We can do nothing.

We need SIDs of itv2 hd, itv3 hd, itv4 hd channels. Most probably, they changed SIDs, but we cannot check it as the beam is narrow.

thanks for your interest suma, that sounds like we can have tiny pice of hope to get at least ITVs back in HD
I would believe it is related to the used cards, as we have HD available for BT and Irish channels - the channels using caid 0960

and  are you capable to provide the caid used for decoding these channels ?
or are you only able to watch TV

if the named ITV channels are decoded by 0963 it might be a server-problem and a software and configuration update might fix it
but as already mentioned, I believe these channels are simply decoded by another card-typ/caid

CAID 0960
They are Irish Television (CAID 0960), HD channels are not open, all the remaining ITV (SD versions) are FTA channels.
We checked both CAIDs - 0960 and 0963 - both failed decoding
