Hi my account has been banned for violation 9 ,going of my user statistics it looks like  some 1 from France has been connecting to your server using my account? i think i been hacked? .i can assure you i have not give my details to anyone and i have been using your service for yrs without any problems .I have emailed the moderator and i hope this can be resolved quickly,what are my chances of getting unbanned ?

Iam unable to change password on account as it's been blocked, I have disconnected from the server and in process of changing my box password
