NOS HD Portugal

Hi All,

I've recently joined card sharing and have VIP ALL membership, I watch mainly NOS HD, some times the image freezes for a few seconds, varying from 2 seconds to 10 seconds...
Any idea what can cause this? What can I do to stop it?
